We feel that Indian Hair Direct provides such high quality products that you will never want to return it.  However, in the event that you receive an incorrect product order, simply contact us to send it back, unused, in its original condition within 5 days of receipt and you will receive a store credit or exchange.  Store credits are valid for 1 year from date issued. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  Your product must be received and inspected prior to credit being issued, which we hold at our sole discretion.   We will do our best to meet specific color and/or texture requests, however, hair color and exact texture cannot be guaranteed and are not eligible to be exchanged for that reason for online purchases.

In store purchase are not eligible for exchanges or refunds for color or texture dissatisfaction once you leave the store.  If your in store product is found to be defective (matting) after our staff inspection and consultation,  it then can be exchanged or store credit issued within 5 days of your purchase at our sole discretion.  You must call or email us before returning the hair extension to our store.

Shipping is done through FEDEX and US Post Office. All packages are shipped insured, priority next day and require a signature. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Next day delivery depends upon location and carrier delivery terms. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays or carrier issues.

Orders on custom hair canceled prior to being shipped require a restocking fee equal to 50% of total order. Custom orders that have been shipped are non-returnable and are non-refundable. Any cash returns can be expected within 4-6 weeks of cancellation.

All exchanges and any refunds are at the sole discretion of MAD HAIR Inc/Indian Hair Direct staff inspections.

Credit card purchases that result in a charge back that are then reversed in our favor are subject to $60 charge back fee.

All online purchases must be accompanied with the signed & faxed/emailed credit card authorization form prior to being shipped. (see link on homepage for credit card authorization form).
